Job Description

School Attendance Aide - 10 month; 7:30am - 3:30pm

• Maintains an accurate record of students' absences and lateness
• Records attendance in a computerized database
• Notifies parents of absences by phone or letters
• Establishes and maintains good work relationships with students and parents

Job Qualifications

This is a competitive Civil Service position. 

Candidates must either be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list for this title

or currently hold permanent status in this Civil Service title.
