Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist maintenance mechanic of higher classifications.
• Performs unskilled and semi-skilled work assisting in building and mechanical trades.

Job Qualifications

Essential Skills and/or Experiences:

• Working knowledge of tools and procedures used in building and mechanical trades.
• Ability to use hand and power.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
• Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.

Preferred Skill and/or Experiences:

• Seeking applicant with multiple skills in the trade industry. 
• The applicant must be a self-starter, take the initiative and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• One who can perform singularly or with a group contributing mechanical capability to the task at hand.
• Completion of one year of vocational education courses in a vocational school program or, one year's experience in maintenance and repair work.
