Job Description

• Prepares the payroll bank account and completes account reconciliation monthly
• Review the monthly bank statements withdrawal approvals
• Prepare board approval memo for district donation
• Handles all cash and checks received by the district
• 1099 preparation for receipts and government filing
• Handle the scholarship accounts, and receipts and disbursement
