Job Qualifications

• Must be able to perform work in the construction, alteration and maintenance of school buildings
• Must be a skilled mechanic in at least one trade or a specialist in areas such as HVAC, electrical or plumbing
• A generalist with multiple trades is preferred or a skill in one trade and some knowledge in others.
• Good experience is preferred, along with a great work ethic.
